Delivery Information

UK Delivery
We use Evri, Yodel, InPost, and Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. For Special Delivery, orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. All parcels are fully tracked, and a signature may be required upon delivery. If unavailable, please provide an alternative address (e.g., work) or specific instructions (e.g., leave with a neighbor) at checkout.
General Delivery Information
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability). During the Christmas and New Year period, dispatch times may extend to 7 working days. If delivery is not possible within 14 days, we will inform you of any delays and offer a full refund if requested. For out-of-stock items, we will contact you within 5 working days with an update or offer an alternative.
Please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we cannot investigate delays with couriers before this timeframe has passed.
